Visit N1SMS homepage and click Sign Up.

Fill in your details: name, email, and phone number.

You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS.

Enter OTP to verify your phone number and complete registration.

Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Add Funds.

Enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum ₵1.00).

Click Pay with Paystack to proceed to payment.

Complete payment via Paystack's secure checkout.

Funds are added to your balance automatically after successful payment (minus 2% transaction fee).

In your dashboard, go to Purchase Numbers.

Select a country from the dropdown (100+ countries available).

Choose the service you need (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, One-Time SMS).

Click Purchase to buy the number.

Your SMS code and phone number will be displayed instantly.

After purchase, check your Purchases section in your dashboard.

The SMS code will appear under your order once received.

One-time numbers are valid for 10 minutes from the time of purchase.

If you don't receive the code within 5 minutes, click Refresh to check again.

Use the code to verify your account on the target platform.

Transaction Fee: 2% of all deposits covers payment gateway costs.

Number Cost: Varies by country and service (displayed before purchase).

Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled before SMS reception.

Resend Cost: Same as original purchase price if you need another SMS.

You can cancel an order within 10 minutes of purchase for a full refund.

Cancelled orders are refunded to your N1SMS balance immediately.

To cancel, go to your order details and click Cancel Order.

Once SMS code is received, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds to original payment method are not available (balance only).

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Enable it in Settings > Security in your dashboard.

When enabled, you'll need a code from your authenticator app to log in.

We support Google Authenticator, Authy, and any TOTP-compatible app.

Use a strong password with at least 8 characters.

Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Don't reuse passwords from other accounts.

Change your password regularly (recommended every 90 days).

Never share your password with anyone, including support staff.
