How do I create an account?

Click on "Sign Up" button on the homepage, enter your details including phone number, and verify your phone with the OTP sent to you.

How do I add funds to my account?

Go to the "Add Funds" page in your dashboard and use Paystack to deposit securely. Minimum deposit is ₵1.00.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paystack for instant deposits via card, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and bank transfer.

How do I purchase a phone number?

Select a country and service, then click "Purchase". The SMS code will be sent to the number within seconds.

How long does the number last?

One-time numbers are valid for 10 minutes from purchase. Once you receive the SMS code, it's yours to use.

Can I request a specific number?

No, numbers are randomly assigned from our pool to ensure availability and fairness.

Is there a transaction fee?

Yes, there's a 2% transaction fee on all deposits. This covers payment gateway costs.

What happens if payment fails?

If your Paystack payment fails, you can click "Check Status" on the pending deposit to retry verification.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you cancel an active order before receiving SMS, you'll receive a full refund to your balance.

I didn't receive my SMS code

Try refreshing the purchase status. If still not received after 5 minutes, click "Resend" to request another SMS.

The code isn't working

Make sure you're entering the code correctly. Contact support with your order code if the issue persists.

Can I use the same number multiple times?

Each order is for a single use. To receive another SMS for the same service, you need to purchase a new number.

How do I enable 2FA?

Go to Settings > Security in your dashboard and enable two-factor authentication for extra protection.

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and verify with the OTP sent to reset your password.

How do I update my profile?

Navigate to Profile in your dashboard to update your name, email, phone, and notification preferences.
