  • Technical Issues: If technical issues on our end prevent you from using the service as intended
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
  • Service Not Delivered: If the service was not delivered due to a system error

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

IMPORTANT: Expired Numbers

Once a one-time number expires after 10 minutes, NO REFUND will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cases where:

  • You didn't use the number in time
  • You forgot to complete the verification
  • Technical issues on your end prevented timely use
  • You were unable to receive the SMS before expiration

Please ensure you complete your verification within the 10-minute window to avoid losing your purchase.

  • Used Numbers: After a number has been used to receive SMS messages (successful verification)
  • Expired Numbers: One-time numbers that have expired after 10 minutes - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Wrong Service: If you purchased the wrong service type or country
  • Verification Codes: If the verification code was received but not used by the user
  • User Error: Issues caused by user error, such as entering the wrong phone number
  • Account Suspension: If your account was suspended due to violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • Bulk Purchases: Partial refunds on bulk or subscription packages after use

Tips to Avoid Expiration

  • Have your verification service/website ready before purchasing
  • Enter the number immediately after purchase
  • Complete the verification process as soon as you receive the SMS
  • Set a timer to remind yourself of the 10-minute expiration

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your N1SMS account
  2. Navigate to the "Transactions" or "Purchases" section
  3. Locate the transaction you wish to refund
  4. Click on the "Request Refund" button
  5. Provide a detailed reason for your refund request
  6. Submit your request

5. Refund Timeframe

Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase

Processing Time: Our team typically processes refund requests within 3-5 business days

Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion:

  • If multiple services were purchased in a single transaction and only one was defective

  • Flexible Use: Credits can be used for any N1SMS service
  • No Expiration: Account credits do not expire

If a balance credit is offered, you may choose to accept it or request a standard refund instead.

9. Deposit Refunds

Unused Deposits: Deposits that haven't been used can be refunded upon request, subject to payment processor fees

Used Deposits: Once deposit funds have been used to purchase services, they are non-refundable

Failed Deposits: If a deposit fails but funds were deducted, we will issue a full refund

Refund Fees: Payment processor fees (typically 2-5%) will be deducted from deposit refunds

10. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied, you have the right to:

  • Request a review by a senior team member
  • Provide additional evidence to support your claim
