We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or delivery of every SMS message.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must NOT:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Pricing: All prices are displayed in your selected currency. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.

Deposits: Deposits made to your account balance are non-refundable once used for purchases.

Fee Structure: Transaction fees may apply depending on payment method. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

Number Validity: Phone numbers are provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee that all verification services will accept them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, N1SMS shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service
• Any issues caused by third-party providers or networks
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless N1SMS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you transmit through our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Security concerns
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may also delete your account and data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions by referring new users to N1SMS. Specific terms include:

• Commissions are earned when referred users make qualifying purchases
• Commission rates are subject to change
• Referral withdrawals are processed according to our withdrawal policy
• Self-referrals are prohibited and may result in account suspension
• Abuse of the referral system will result in forfeiture of earnings

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if direct negotiation fails
• Arbitration as a final resort

Governing law shall be the laws of the jurisdiction where N1SMS is headquartered.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Ghana.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of N1SMS.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and N1SMS regarding the use of our services.
